1. (Towage): Towage should be imposed by the tariff fixed by the Central Tug Operating Council based on the Article 60(Function of the Council) of the Enforcement Ordinance of the harbor law.

(예선사용료) 항만법시행령 제60조(협의회의 기능)에 따라 중앙예선운영협의회에서 정한 요율에 의함.

2. (Reparation): If the cause of accident is ascribable to the vessel, the shipmaster or the shipowner shall be liable respectively for loss or damager sustained to the tugbort or any other property to it, or for loss of life or injury of the crews(tugboat), or of their own personal effects.

(보 상) 본선측의 귀책사유에 의하여, 예선과 기타 물건 또는 예선 선원의 생명, 신체 또는 소지품에 대하여 손해를 끼쳤을 때에는 본선 선장 또는 본선의 선주는 이에 대한 보상의 책임을 져야 한다.

3. (Liability): Tugboat or tugowner shall not be held liability for the following loss or damage:
a) For the loss or damages, which has been arisen out of tugboat maneuvering negligency during performing her service to the vessel
b) For the loss or damages, which is caused by broken of towingline cleat, bollard of ship's structures
